Psychotherapy Fees

Psychotherapy sessions are weekly. They will usually continue for at least six months, but the length of treatment varies on a case-by-case basis, and you will have the chance to discuss and review it throughout the course of your therapy. Cancellations are chargeable.

  • Initial Assessment (90 minutes): £75
  • Regular Sessions (60 minutes): £65

Psychotherapy with Claire Watt-Smyrk

Psychotherapy gives you the opportunity to reflect on who you are and where you are in life, helping you to find the root of ongoing problems by looking into your past experiences. Repeated patterns of behaviour or long-held beliefs can have a powerful influence. Exploring your past can help you understand the present and make positive changes for the future.

I generally allow the individual to take the lead during our psychotherapy sessions, providing guidance, suggesting ideas and creating opportunities for reflection along the way. Building a strong working relationship with you based on trust and support, I will help you work through problems and contemplate new approaches to life and new ways of being.

I work professionally within their strict ethical guidelines, which include a code of confidentiality. I also have Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, which used to be known as a CRB check.
